Completing the Pharmaceutical Sciences Minor Program

Academic Advice

Students who are academically strong in the math and sciences will be academically successful in the Pharmaceutical Sciences. The fundamental core courses involve the application of mathematics to pharmaceutical sciences principles. Students with a prerequisite math and science GPA of 2.800 or better (out of 4.000) have been successful in the Pharmaceutical Sciences program.

There’s more to being a successful student than just attending class. It is important that students consult their academic advisors when making decisions related to their academic progress. In addition to advisement, students should attend instructor office hours regularly and seek out tutoring resources before falling behind in classes. Students should declare their interest in this minor as early as possible.
