Becoming a Neuroscience Minor Student

Students interested in pursuing a minor in neuroscience should have completed BIO 201 (Cell Biology) and PSY 101 (Introductory Psychology) with a combined GPA of 2.5 or better. Students will apply to the minor via the online application found on the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences Website. Applications are reviewed by the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology on a rolling basis.

The Neuroscience minor is available to any matriculated University at Buffalo student.

Current UB Students Applying to the Program

Applicants to the Neuroscience minor must be matriculating UB students in good academic standing who have completed the minor prerequisite courses with a combined GPA of 2.5 or higher.
