This course introduces students to a structural approach and systemic principles in the construction and application of graphic form. Students learn to create graphic systems by exploring among other things, graphic identity systems, icon/symbolic -systems and graphic navigation systems. Issues around graphic standards and representation, and how these shape graphic form-making, are discussed in conjunction with studio work. There may be a class fee assessed to your student account.
